For what our society needs more than anything else, is wisdom. By wisdom we mean insight into the nature of things, the way God created the world and all that is in it. For that we need a discerning mind, i.e., a mind that probes the rich variety of God's handiwork. Of course, we will never comprehend all things, but we can, led by God's Spirit, begin to marvel at the richness and complexity of created reality.
